AGM - Tuesday 16th September 2008 - all welcome
Did you strut your funky stuff at Retro Night?
Would you like to boogie on down this year too?
Were you teacher’s pet at the Skool Kwiz?
Will you be sent to detention this year?
Did you conquer the Snowball Shower at the Christmas Fair?
Will you defeat the Ping Pong Penguins in battle this year?
All these fantastic events and more were organised by the Friends of Whitehill School. If you would like to help organise this year's events or put forward some new ideas, why not join us?
We are always looking for new members, so no matter how little time you can give we would love you to join in. Both new and existing parents are welcome.
The Friends of Whitehill School (FOWS) organise school-related activities for pupils and their families. FOWS gets you involved with your children’s school, which can give children an enhanced sense of belonging - they really enjoy seeing their parents (and younger brothers and sisters) around the school, helping out.
WHY NOT COME AND MEET THE TEAM?
On Tuesday 16th September we are having our first meeting of the new school year. If will be from 7.30pm at the school.
If you are unable to attend but are still interested in being involved with FOWS then please Laura, Mandy or Alison at fowsadmin@fows.org.uk
DON'T FORGET
FOWS also runs the Video/DVD Library every Friday from 3pm. You will find us outside, in the main playground. Films only cost £1.00 each to hire! Don’t worry if you forget your money, you can pay when you return your film to the office. We look forward to seeing you.
